We currently accept the following insurances:
Even though, we accept many health insurances, you are responsible to know the expectations and limitations of your individual plan. In all cases, you will be responsible for the fees at the time of service. Please note, we cannot guarantee your insurance plan will reimburse or cover the services provided. Please check your explanation of benefits to understand your coverage. Not all our therapist are credentialed by the same insurance.
In most cases, insurance does not cover couples counseling, unless it is medically necessary.
Affordable Therapy Services:
While many insurances are not accepted yet, Beyond Counseling, LLC offers the highest level of service at affordable prices, starting at $69.00. Please call to check if you qualify.
Not all providers in the practice accept insurance.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, we are required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing”. This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if one is available.
Additionally, we are required to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, but you will receive our best estimate based on the average length of treatment.
We will also provide you with a list of fees that may incur throughout your care at Beyond Counseling that are in addition to direct counseling services and fees. These fees may occur due to the following (not an exhaustive list):
Late cancellation/no show fee
Medical records request
Completion of documents (FMLA, disability, summary letters, etc)
Consultation (IEP meetings, coordination of care, etc)
Subpoena (request to testify)
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 480-703-4495
Disclaimer:
-
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
